Cloudy and golden, lots of sediment at bottom of bottle needs to be shooken up and distributed, no large chunks in this one though. Poured from pint bottle to glass, forms very large white head that doesn’t stick around too long, some messy scattered lacing is retained. Nose is very pungent, sour bacterial scent is very strong, it is typical of the style however it overpowers anything else that may be there… it is… acquired. Flavor is much better, the sourness presents itself in a slightly more subtle sweet vinegary way. The peach adjunct is barely detectable but adds a nice fruity undertone which is enveloped by a complex set of malt flavors. The less pungent flavors -mainly the malt- remain in the finish for quite a while. Average feel otherwise. Good beer but perhaps too strong in sour flavors for me.
