Our first double dry hopped IPA. This iteration presents with intense aromas of pineapple, orange and lemon zest, and loads of grapefruit. The first sip brings bright hop notes, flavors of grape and pineapple candy, rounded out with lychee and papaya, and some lingering hop bite. The dry hop is made up of a blend of Bru-1, Mosaic, and Citra.

Picked up a four pack of cans at Curtis Liquors in Cohasset, MA for about seventeen dollars. My second brew from these guys. Canned on date of 3/13/24. Solid.

Belleflower Brewing

IPA - New England / Hazy

Incredible nose of ripe fruits, white grape, papaya, and dry earthy hop tones all over the place. Honey dew melon grains and elderberry syrup. Light, dry, effervescent, and easy. Grain bill and malts are unique and hops doubled up dry hop is a must. ! Muddy look but righteous otherwise.

16oz undated can.

Pours cloudy yellow with an inch-plus head of white. Plenty of tattered lacing and persistent retention. Unripe peach, pineapple, grapefruit in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft, chalky mouthfeel. Pithy citrus on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Peach skins, grapefruit zest, lemongrass. Finishes fairly dry and pithy.

From the pint can, it pours a hazy light amber color with a modest white head that soon diminishes to a light ring. Lacing.
The nose gets lots of citrus, pleasantly. The mouth gets a citrusy bite followed by a light malt. Light citrus aftertaste.

Pours a hazy light orange with soft, fluffy head.

Smell is juicy and a bit sweet with notes of pineapple, mango, orange juice and hints of grass, peach syrup and vanilla.

Taste is juicy, sweet and a bit dank. Notes of melon, pineapple and ora ngr juice with some grassy and herbal hints. Soft bitterness.

Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.

Overall, a great NE IPA, easy to drink and refreshing.
