Introducing our newest version of Barn Hex, now with melon vibes! This iteration of our DIPA features Mosaic, Strata, and El Dorado in the dry hop and pours pale gold with heavy haze. The aroma features big melon vibes on the nose, honeydew, cantaloupe, strawberry, wild flowers, rose water, fresh cut grass, and a hint of orange. The flavor follows the aroma with melon, strawberry, and flowers.

It pours a hazy pineapple yellow with a pure white, dense, foamy head. Loads of lacing as the head recedes to a thin cap.
I'm getting a fruity melange in the smell. Some melon, some citrus, peach/apricot, maybe a bit of strawberry. A little grassiness and floral scent emerges. A little sweet bread smell.
The taste basically follows but it slants to the citrus and tropical for me. The combination comes across as pineapple-like with some orange and grapefruit. There's melon notes and that strawberry thing. A backdrop of sweet malt. The fruitiness lingers like Juicy Fruit in the aftertaste. Mildly bitter.
The feel is soft, mildly carbonated, smooth, a little juicy/sticky. Easy drinking.
Balanced favors overall - smoothly integrated. It's a nice drinking beer.

Copenhagen 22/2 2026. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Simple white can with Belleflower's simple logo in yellow and green and not much more information. I had a hard time figuring out that I was drinking the Mosaic, Strata and El Dorado version,
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of fermented overripe stone fruits mingling with a scent of zesty citrus fruit. Mango and ripe peach, Passion fruit. Grapefruit and lemon. Whiff of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, a bit viscous, soft, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet boozy undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
Potent, elegant DIPA.

Milkshake cloudy. Modest head that leaves impressive rings after every sip. The liquid is darker amber with a strong white hue.
I could smell this beer before it was placed in front of me. First comes the semisweet, almost fruity, malt aroma. This is quickly followed by a combination of floral, mildly earthy, and prickly weedy smell.
Mild pale malt beginning. The hop is far lighter than the smell suggests. Very full bodied enhanced by the lower carbonation. In the swallow, there’s a bit of alcohol warmth along with the highest level of bitterness. This fades slowly in the aftertaste.
