The Sun and Moon share the same origin, the same base beer treated differently. The Moon is dry hopped with Southern Hemisphere favorites Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. The Moon begins with aromatics of white grape juice, mixed berries, and fresh-cut flowers. The first sip is reminiscent of Reisling, juicy tangerine, and brings a drying minerality.

Canned 5/23/22
A: Pours a hazy soft yellow color with 2 fingers of head that slowly fades down to a nice cap that leaves decent lacing
S: Citrus, white grape, berries, and some lighter floral notes up front. Very light tropical fruit present as well
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the white grapes and berries, followed by some citrus and floral tones. Very mild bitterness. Light wheat presence. Finishes with lingering berries and citrus
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. On the smooth side
O: A nice NEIPA that drinks super easily. The Nelson and Motueka definitely switch things up in terms of not being a super tropical NE style (lacking any citra, Galaxy, or mosaic contributes no doubt). Worth checking out
