16oz can with no date. Purchased at the brewery on 10-21-25, opened 11-9-25.
2 finger white head with great retetnion and sudsy lacing. Yellow-gold body and opaque.
Peach, grapefruit citrus, and a little restrained Strata-weedy aroma.
Berries (blue/black) in cream, citrus, some pine in the flavor.
Medium body, soft mouthfeel and low bitterness - just a moderate grazing of bitter across the palate. Drying and hoppy in a lengthy finish.
Very Good.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Beer is a hazy straw/lemon. A thin head that leaves a bit of lacing. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruit. Taste is a well-balanced blast of tropical fruit: guava, mango, papaya. The finish is nice and bitter. Mouthfeel is great. Lightly carbonated, easy drinking for a 7%. Overall an exceptional NEIPA.

A: Pours a hazy yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a nice cap that leaves decent lacing
S: Floral, herbal, and piney notes stand out along with some lighter citrus and tropical fruit
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the floral, herbal, and pine notes and then picks up some lighter citrus and tropical fruit. Mild, restrained bitterness. Finishes with lingering floral and herbal notes
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid NEIPA that drinks very easily. The Idaho 7 and Strata mix things up from your typical NE style but they still hit nicely. Worth checking out
