Same dog new collar! For this variant we used Galaxy and Citra in the dry hop. Galaxy Scrugsy features kiwi, pineapple, peach, mango, and sweet tarts in the aroma. The first sip brings a crisp mineraly slightly drying sensation that is backed up by hefty amounts of Blue Ox Malthouse wheat and oats, followed by a cornucopia of tropical flavors, stone fruit, and peach rings.

Poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Look: Pale and hazy, completely opaque. Exquisite head with staying power. Lots of lacing.
Aroma: A giant Fruit forward nose with mango, pineapple, and apricot. Suggests sweetness. I can detect upon further sniffs the pine of the hops.
Taste: Not as sweet as the nose suggests. Instead, a fine balance of sweetness and dry crisp hops. . Tropical flavors, especially pineapple and peach, hide behind the crispness.
Feel: This is creamy and lightly carbonated. Head retention is evident even after 5 minutes and contributes to this feel.

Pours milky yellow with a half inch head of white. Minimal retention or lacing. Pungent candied citrus in the nose with white grape, peach, and orange. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Juicy and a bit dank on the palate. Unripe peach, candied orange, and pineapple. Finishes fairly dry with minimal malt or bitterness and lingering tropicals.

A: Pours a hazy yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap
S: Lots of tropical fruit and citrus up front along with some stone fruit and floral notes
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the tropical fruit and citrus, then picks up some stone fruit and floral notes. Lightly bitter. Finishes with lingering citrus and tropical fruit
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid version of Scrugsy that implements the Galaxy and Citra hops very well. Quite a bit different than the Enigma and Bru-1 they have in the OG. Worth checking out
