This barrel-fermented Triple IPA spent primary fermentation in white wine barrels before being blended atop insane amounts of HBC586 and Mosaic hops. The Drip brings aromas of candied orange, ripe tropical fruit (papaya and lychee), and a touch of white peppercorn, followed up by more bright citrus, mango, and cherry on the palate. The Drip ends with a medium-full body and hints of silky Chardonnay from its time in some drippy oak barrels.
