Yikes this was bad. Not sure if I got a bad bottle but I had to drain pour most of it.

Solid head production; mediocre retention; no lacing.
Lovely aroma, with notes of toffee, chocolate, caramel, coffee, blackberry, fig, light to moderate char, and prune.
Quite sharp and fruity on the palate, perhaps not surprising given the blackberry and fig, but still a bit of a shock for a 13.3% ABV imperial stout. Lovely notes of berries, figs, chocolate, caramel, molasses, toast, light char. Thick body but not quite chewy; drinks unbelievably easily given the high ABV.
This is a unique and delicious brew. Really impressive.
