Wild Winds, our latest New England DIPA with Rakau, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka hops, was inspired by one of our favorite Barn Hex variants, with some slight tweaks. The punchy aroma has notes of orange sherbert, grape jam, and candied peach, and each sip brings waves of grapefruit juice, Lemonheads, and a hint of mango. All rounded out with a gentle minerality, a medium, silky smooth body, and a restrained bitterness.

Poured a cloudy, yellow-gold body with good head and lace patches down the glass. The aroma comes across with some citric notes but also notes of mango and peach. Smooth, almost creamy, medium body, no bitterness, has a sweetness not that indistinct from peaches and cream but more of tropical fruits like mangos and then has a clean finish.

Dirty pastel yellow body, opaque; thick white head, billowy with a textured crown; nice flecks of foam speckle the glass. Tropical fruit aroma; orange and grapefruit. Taste of grapefruit and banana, relatively bold hop bitterness complementing the powdered sugar sweetness; oats; mild phenol edge with the bitterness. Heavy mouthfeel; velvety sweet; slight alcohol bite.
