One of the better fruited sours I’ve tasted.
Light golden color with a 3F head in a tulip.
Strong aroma of mango, peach and clementine.
Very smooth MF.
The taste carrys through from the aroma.
Excellent fruited sour.

A clear orange color with no head or lace.
Subtle fruity aroma.
Orange, peach taste. Some other (unidentified) fruit.
Not at all sour.
Still, a very enjoyable beer.

It pours like an orange soda. It's kinda, well, Metamucil orange with some cloudiness. Quick blush of bubbles, and after that it looks still. Not a super auspicious start.
The smell is just about fantastic, so we're gaining ground rapidly on the pour. Fruit and fruit, then more fruit. It's hard to pick out the individual contributors, but they are all there. Mango, peach, orange all jump out of the glass. Fruit bomb? Well, I'd like to catch even the faintest whiff of those Maine grains listed on the can but it's simply overwhelmingly fruity.
The taste follows with the fruits taking turns in the lead. The orange is definitely clementine. There's just a bit of ripe peach sweetness and a little tiny bit of peach. I'd have to honestly say I don't find it sour at all.
Light, bright, super-fresh, and easy. A little chalky feel. Nice orange oil sensation provides a little tingle.
Ok...it's a great tasting, great smelling, refreshing and light beverage. I like it just fine. The problem is I can't find the beer. It's drinking more like a soda. On a hot summer day with meat on the fire, a cooler full of this stuff would be an absolute ice cold killer as an accompaniment. I can convince myself - probably because I want to believe - that I'm getting just a wee bit of Pilsner malt as my pallet clears but I think its wishful thinking. It is what it is, and against the criteria for this style it's where delivers - tough to recognize it as a beer since it is completely fruit dominant.
