CANNED ON 12/27/24. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Hazy golden hue with 2-finger thick frothy sticky white head with excellent retention and copious lacing.
S: Aroma mostly floral grapefruit-pineapple and guava hop notes, esters are fruity and moderate
T: Flavor good with a little more intensity than the aroma but still very typical NEIPA with grapefruit, pineapple, guava, and tangerine notes dominate with a little herbal-floral note in the aftertaste. Malt is solid but unspectacular in the background. Esters are light-medium and fruity-floral. Bitterness is light-medium.
M: Soft medium body with high carbonation and gritty slightly dry finish.
O: Crystal Cover from Belleflower is a middle of the road solid NEIPA.

12oz pour at the source.
Presents milky gold with an inch of white head. Plenty of tattered lacing and persistent retention. Orange pith, melon, grapefruit in the nose. Medium bodied with a chalky mouthfeel. Unripe citrus on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Hard peaches, dried mango. Finishes dry.
