Our latest IPA prominently featuring Elani and Azacca as the dry hops. This perfectly pleasant new beer pours brilliant gold and moderately hazy. The aroma features grapefruit, sweet fruit, and accompanied by mild pine resin. The flavor follows the path of some classic favorites: dank resin, grapefruit, lemongrass, with a very well balanced and delightful amount of bitterness.

Pours a light lemon yellow - rather opaque with a soft fluffy head. The head fades to a sticky ring of foam that leaves a trail of sticky lacing down the glass. Taste is a pleasant hop bite balanced by some sweet malt - not in your face or screaming for attention, but it tastes good and leaves a lingering hoppiness on the tongue. Mouthfeel is creamy and soft, overall a pretty nice IPA and worthy of a try.
