French Saison
Hopped with Wakatu, Fifty Four has a great yeasty fruitiness & a tropical bitterness.

I am trying a 5oz pour of this beer off the tapper at the brewery. It poured a hazy golden with white head that is leaving a some lace. The scent had subtle grain and floral hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright semi sweet malt base with subtle floral and citrus presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Pours a slight hazed light golden color with a white head. Smell is lemon/lime with some tropical notes. taste has melon pineapple and bubblegum. Mouth feel is sweet without much funk ,tasty and could be 2nd in line for the flagship IMO
