Nectaron is our American pale ale brewed with a unique blend of New Zealand Nectaron hops and Yakima's experimental hop YQH-1320 (recently rebranded as Elani). Both hops boast notes of pineapple and peach, but citrus dominates with a distinctive tangerine aroma and tropical sweetness. The malt backbone is light and clean allowing the hops to shine through. A subtle muted pithy bitterness lingers on the tongue then fades into a crisp finish. Overall a must-try for any hop lover.
