Named after our founding brewer, Tommy Hamilton, this
beer is a love letter to patience, passion, and chasing perfection. Having a crisp body, Hamilton lays the foundation for a delicately balanced yet punchy dry hop. With our house Mosaic, we get light notes of blueberry and chopped chive, with the incorporation of Riwaka and Riwaka cryo for notes of passionfruit and papaya, layered with overripe orange and pineapple from our Freestyle Nectaron.
