A beer that encapsulates everything about new school West Coast IPA. All The Way West has a clean and crisp body, a dry finish, and firm bitterness. Our base beer is layered with our house Mosaic and Mosaic Dynaboost for oil saturation and earthy tones of blueberry, layered into a dry hop of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Riwaka, Riwaka Cryo, and Strata for aromatics of passionfruit, tangerine, grapefruit, and punchy dankness.
