On tap at Fattey Beer Co in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a mostly clear, slightly hazy orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like sweet tropical fruits and citrus, blueberry, and pineapple.
I’d want a bit more bitterness, but this is still pretty pleasant. As Mosaic tends to go, it leans on the sweeter side for IPAs, but not aggressively so, as there’s that blueberry, but also melon, grapefruit, and lots of pineapple.
This is lighter bodied, and pretty drinkable.
This isn’t one of the greatest IPAs you’re ever gonna drink, but it got the job done.
