Drank this 1 day before its best before date.
Pours with a bit of yeast sediment a hazy orange. a lot of floating particles. Good but unstable head.
bisquite malt, yeast, spicy hops
quite sweet, reminiscent of madeleines even including orange peel, with some balancing bittereness that builds quite strong
nicely integrated carbonation, smooth
Interesting take on a Doppelbock. Prpbably too sweet to have more than one half litre serving, but definitely worth a try.
