This one is not the nation-wide distributed beer brewed by Tucher (Kloster-Weisse Hell), it is the beer brewed directly in the abbey by the monks!
Very cloudy and pale in the glass. Lots of clove and yeasty banana in the nose. The beer starts highly carbonated and yeasty. Very smooth and not too sweet, but with lots of banana and clove in the flavour. The mainpart gets a little bit more bitter, especially in the end. Banana, clove and yeast. The aftertaste is round, a bit sharper and more bitter, the sweetness of the banana goes a bit into the background. But still nice and highly drinkable.
