Tap pour at the brewpub. Served chilled in a pint glass.
Cloudy pale gold colored body. Thin off white head that fades away. Any lacing spots slide back down into the glass.
Aroma of tangy wheat with some yeast contributions of banana and cloves.
Taste is close to the nose with flavors of cloves and banana sits on the tangy wheat malts. All fade slowly in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Yeast inflence, with a mouth coating. Good carbonation.
Stays in the style with an extra bit of sweetness.
