Another one consumed in October 2022 during a work conference trip. It was the Knights opening night that season. Good times. W. Writing the first review for this Next Glass owned website almost a year later. West coast traffic, dey down bad. BAD. (Ackshually incoming someday).
Pours a brown color. For some reason, it seems like raspberry beers come in darker despite what should be a pink hue experience. You can see the pink influence though. Raspberry browns. Smallish off white head 1/5". Smells like a little bit of brown/crystal malt and raspberries in a light way.
Taste is very predictable, has a kettle sour simplicity to it, nothing in terms of wood, funk etc. . . going on, which is fine. Sour levels are middle of the road, 5 on the 10 point scale. Everything is pretty much down the middle, although not as dry as some raspberry beers, it still has a good mouth feel and refreshing nonetheless. It was a nice change of pace overall as I think it was the only wild beer I had that night.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
