I had this beer on-tap in a snifter at the brewery.
Appearance: medium golden hue with just a dash of haze and a thin layer of ivory foam atop. Nice!
Smell: light malty aroma with a dash of graininess. Not bad, but rather low intensity.
Taste: sweetish malt with an almost peppery quality. To me this is an off flavor, and does not really work for me. Aside from that there’s a light fruitiness.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: the off flavor here isn’t entirely a dealbreaker, it’s light enough, but for me I would definitely not order another.
