The original Hibernation Station was a bear of an American Barleywine, with delicious caramel notes and a slight hop bite to offset the warmth of a 12% ABV. In this collaboration with the good folks at HUDL Brewing in Las Vegas, We put some to sleep in newly-drained bourbon barrels from Nevada H&C Distilling for a whole year, and it's emerged from its hibernation bolder and stronger than ever!

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a nice dark brown with minimal head. The nose is full of bourbon, toffee, pine needles, figs, prunes, and some citrus peel.

The taste is awesome - bourbon, toffee, hops, vanilla, leather, figs, apple, oak, and a touch of citrus. Man, this is fantastic.
