It's not a lager it's a logger! Blonde Logger keeps it clean and crisp with accents of Vienna malt and Centennial hops.

Clear orange-tan color. Poured a medium head that collapsed back to a thin skiff in less than a minute. High flow of medium-small bubbles from the bottom of the glass. Left small spots of lacing.
Fresh bread dough smell: strong yeast with lightly roasted, but strong malt. A faint spicy vegetable scent (almost like green onions) which got much stronger after a couple of minutes. As a whole it smelled something like an onion bread that has just started to bake.
Strong lightly roasted malt flavor with a strong yeast. Just a hint of something else, like a very light potato, onion, and spice stuffed naan. The aftertaste started with a quick pop of some hops and then some bitters emerged at the same time as a mild sweetness.
Light tongue tingling as it grew to a medium bubbled foam. Not quite a creamy texture, but close.
Much stronger flavor than I expected. Very much not a Lager. This would pair nicely with Indian food.
