Collaboration with our friend Josiah from The Farm Store/Honey Brook Farm! This is stronger than your typical wheat beer, and has more of a pronounced malt characteristic. We taste banana, dark fruit, with hints of toasted bread. It's like a lagerish wheat beer!

On tap at the brewery earlier this evening.
Nice clear amber colored body with a small white head leaving specks of lacing. Aroma is strongly malty with a hint of apple. On tasting, apple and banana notes, somewhat sweet. Finish is clean with more apple than banana.
Overall, enjoyable pint, nice to find a weizenbock anywhere. Could be late in the barrel, which would explain the apple and lack of spice.
