This is not like the tripels I am used to. It is somewhat cider like. It was poured from tap into a chalice. Slightly orangish golden yellow color with thin head but good curtain lacing. Smell and taste of apples and honey. Some pepper and lime. A bit thin. Not boozy at all. Refreshing for a tripel.
