This was a new to me spot in Omaha. Glad I got a chance to visit.

The tap room is on the smaller side but also has an outdoor garden. It is modern and stylish and has a couple of TVs so you watch sports.

I thought the service was good. Our bartender knew her beer and was quick to answer any questions our group had.

The beer was very good. I had three different beers and all were tasty and nice takes on the various styles.

I will have no issues returning to this great spot!

The Bearded Brewer is "an elite local experience from a passionate independent craft brewer with a creative vision for artisan ales", or at least that's what's painted on the back wall. He's also the guy in the logo so you very well may spot him as he's easy to pick out (note: the beard is grey now). It's a very clean, sharp-looking place with a grey, black, and wood motif and a nice outdoor area and garage doors for when the weather is nice. That's important because it's a fairly small place with an occupancy, I think, of around 81 or so? There are 16 taps including a good amount of IPAs as well as "light beers" (easy to drink beers), sour beers, and dark beers. The taps are always changing so you never know exactly what you'll get. There's no food but there are food trucks on weekends and some packaged snacks, and what we're really after is the beer, right? The beer is quite good so it's definitely worth a stop, and don't forget to grab some cans on your way out.

Small taproom with almost as much seating outside (partially shaded). Tap list is heavy on hazy IPAs and flavor-added takes on other styles. They had a few sweetened fruited sours and their flagship is a flavored cream ale. A couple of sweet stouts, some seltzers, and a milko tap rounded out the offerings the week I visited.

Service was quite friendly, attentive, and fairly knowledgeable about the beers. Sat outside and viewed menu UVa online tap list (Untappd-driven). Details/description of the beers was lacking from the menu, something that would’ve come in handy when deciding what to order.

Some packaged snacks are sold in the brewery and patrons are allowed to bring in food. They have a menu for a food place in the same mall available, and they deliver to you. They usually have a food truck on weekends.

Small local taproom with outside patio seating. Craft beer and craft seltzers on tap. Very quality and attentive staff. This is the brewery to go to in Omaha if you like seltzers!
