Nitro pour at the Holliston pub
Creamy fizzy head but not really the upside down waterfall, fair retention, dark opaque molasses brown hinting at black color
Nose creamy chocolate oatmeal, roasted malt and coffee, toasted bread crust, rich dark chocolate, not really much nitro, baking spices
Taste starts a bit fruity, a little sweetness, light creamy oatmeal, fair roast and coffee, chocolate, a touch tangy, a bit of baking spices, more tangy fruity characters on the semi creamy finish
Mouth is med bod, creamy, low nitro bubbles like the keg is almost empty
Overall mixed in this one, some of that base oatmeal stout is good but the big fruity tangy character takes away, as well as lack of any carbonation or nitro bubbles. I'll have to try again sometime
