Pours a clear yellow with sft, fine head.
Smell is bready and floral with a nice, crackery snappiness. Notes of citrus and wheat dough,
Taste is bready and crackery with a moderate bitterness. Notes of citrus, rye and wheat dough with some floral hints as well. Incredibly clean and crisp, expertly made.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and soft with bright carbonation.
Overall, one of, if not the, best kellerbier I've had. Everything it should be.
