Pours a clear yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is bready and crisp with notes of sandwich wafers, crackers, citrus and hints of wheat and yeast.
Taste is bready and crisp with a hint of yeast. Notes of crackers, citrus, rye, wheat dough and wafers. Soft bitterness with a mineral hint on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific kellerbier, clean and very drinkable.
