L-One and a half fingered head that is in nature. Heavy carbonation. Nice straw gold color. Looks great.
S-Grain bomb up front with an immediate honey aroma. Maybe some maple syrup? Very sweet. Some earthy notes are there. Hints of wheat. Funky apple sider at the end.
T-Sweet, earthy and peppery grain. Bready cracker/biscuit. Hints of spicy nutmeg and even slighter hints of coriander.
F-Leaning towards the heavier side of carbonation. Refreshing
O-A very solid DFW Czech pilsner. I heard good things but was pleasantly surprised by how great this beer was. This brewery has an exceptional tapping system. Go have it there. I brought home some cans of this beer from the brewery and it wasn't nearly as good. I believe they are still too small to have a great canning system, so their draft is the way to go.
