Clove and banana forward, buoyed by a soft pale wheat malt base. Not as orange or bubblegum forward in terms of yeast as some hefeweizens. Refreshing, especially on a hot Texas summer day.
One of the better U.S. brewed hefeweizens I've tried, and for my money up there with Live Oak's expression of the style in terms of Texan takes on the hefeweizen.
