De Bierothek. En copa hefe de Weihenstephander. Leyendo Clean Code. Helles muy bien hecha, más corpulenta de lo esperado para tan poco abv y con todo el agradable sabor de la malta bien presente. Deja con ganas de mas

From the half liter bottle, it pours a clear light yellow color with a nice white head that slowly reduces and leaves lacing. Light malt scent. Pleasant light malt taste overall.

Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery/country, zero reviews below read (yet!)...
L- Pours a pale straw, clear with a modest patch of white bubbles.
S- Mild, just some grain.
T- Somewhat dry, leading in parallel to the CO2 appearing more prominent than it might otherwise. A mild hoppy dryness into the finish.
F- Trad medium-dry with lively CO2 in the mouth.
O- A beer more suited to high summer where it's light taste/feel/ABV% would make it refreshing. That said it is so light it hasn't the latitude to show much character... or indeed reason to buy it again, particularly as something of a $pecialist import.
#1851. Review/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the lables to see what I missed! ==> 4.8% Labelled in German and Italian only.
500ml bottle BB: 09/09/21 Bought from TremblingMadness, York/UK as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London. £2.40
