Pours a very pale, creamy yellow with a lingering one finger head. Lots of unfilt ered floaty bits swirl the brew. Smell is decidedly pineapple and coconut. A bit of creaminess is also present. Taste is immediately coconut and pineapple, light in mouthfeel with a lightly sour presence with a lot of pastry. This is a delightful beer and well worth sampling.

Dank, dull, opaque and much the same color of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, only denser, it came from a pint can. The container was easily emptied entirely into a clear glass liter mug. There was almost no off-white head produced. Coconut is readily found by the nose, as that's an aroma that tends to be pronounced. The label says there's also pineapple included, but the nose can't confirm. It's remarkable how enjoyable the inclusion of the pineapple is to the taste. The label describes this as a pastry sour and that nails it. This is a delightful desert beer; full flavored with both pineapple and coconut, tart yet sweet and as smooth as a custard. Bringing the level of flavors it does, the ABV isn't noticed. Although the mouthfeel isn't as much, the lacing is sticky enough to put some heavy reside inside the glass. Of course, this can't be for everyone, but if you can imagine a pina colata custard pie in liquid form and like it, this is the answer.

Pours as a milky pink color with a thin white head on top. The smell of the beer smells like raspberry cheesecake much like it's advertised on the can. The taste is basically the same as the smell, very nice subtle tart, mostly sweet raspberry with soft cheesecake to mellow the acid out a bit. The feel is creamy, not typical for a sour but I get what they're trying to do here. Overall it's a very good beer, it was a fun one to try, Reminded me a bit of some of the Mortalis beers out there.
