Clear golden body, white head with low retention, trace lacing. Big grapefruit and grass in nose with strong bready yeast contrasting. Taste this all meshes together well, ind of like a poor man's jacks abby with how the constant german bready yeast embraces the grapefruit, lemon, flowers and grass. Feel is bright, hoppy but not overly bitter, lighter bodied but never thin with the yeast abiding, want some more dry crispness to elevate more.
