The beer after its removal from the 12-ounce bottle sets in the glass a clear gold with a smallish frothy white head and the lace thin but covering sheet. Nose is sweet malt, fresh and clean, start is lightly sweet and thin in its malt presence, top is cadaverous. Finish light to moderate in carbonation with the hops benign in their spiciness, quite dry and a beer that left me wanting something else.

Bottled as Bison Organic Light. Light gold color. Small foamy head. Aroma is grainy and sweet. A light bodied light beer. Malts are mild, slightly fruity and a touch sweet. Hops are mild and slightly spicy. Well balanced. Not bad tasting for a light beer, tastes like a lot of pilsners/lagers style beers. A little flat in the carbonation department. No weird tastes ad with some other light beers. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
