Pours a slightly hazed gold, with a huge white foamy head that quickly dissipates into a thinnish top. Aroma begins with traditional hefe scents -- very mild banana, a bit of yeast, some clove. These aromas, however, are quick to fade, and leave behind a fairly unpleasant chemical aroma. Flavor starts with lots of spicy hop flavors, followed by a banana taste far stronger than the aroma would have led one to expect. Cloveish herbal flavors come in to play, leading to a finish which seems a bit .... off. Not a terrific beer, but one whose failures are oddly difficult to categorize!

Cloudy straw color, medium head. Aroma is fruity, bananas and spices. A German style hefe-weisen. A subtle banana nose, more noticeable in the taste. Finish is smooth. Aftertaste is very slightly bitter, hardly noticeable. Nice beer, very reminiscent of the style.

22 oz bottle. Poured a dark golden color with a white foamy head. Beer began to get cloudy after the the head disappeared. Aroma of sleight fruit and almost a feint corn scent. Taste has no sweetness up front and pretty high carbonatation tingles the tongue. I wonder if a lemon would have somehow added something to it? I'm not a real big fan of hefeweizen beers and this one did nothing to improve my perception of them.

Wheat amber in color with a frothy foam head. I got a heavy aroma of cloves and spices, with a hint of banana. While drinking this beer, I got the impression that I was drinking a soda. I got a fizzy sinsation in the mouth. But then after awhile, it was gone. It came in a 22 FL.OZ bottle. After pouring in the glass, I saw alot of residue floating in the beer, more than normal.
