Bright golden & slightly hazy with a thin, foamy white lacing that disappears instantly save for the odd bubble stuck to the sides of the glass. Sour, slightly funky notes with apples to give it a cider like nose. It's sharp but refreshing tasting with more apple, some like funky & acidity without anything jumping out at you thanks to the decent balance; not too bad overall but certainly not too memorable either.
