This is an unfiltered pilsner. Served cool from 500ml flip-top bottle into willi becker glass.
L) Very pale yellow colour, distinct yeasty haze. Fluffy pure white head that dissipates quickly to a bubbly head.
S) A sourish odour is there, not much of traditional German pilsner malt or hop odour.
T) There is a hint of sourness there, but in the taste it resembles the expected German pilsner taste; this one has mild hop bitterness and a very clean pilsner malt flavour.
F) Nice acid carbonation bite, a bit of acidity on the aftertaste and not too much bitterness, very good guzzling beer.
O) A nice pilsner, bonus marks for unusual unfiltered styel.
