Iron Mask Peanut Butter Stout

A good peanut butter Stout is hard to pull off. This one hits the spot. On par with Sweet Baby Jesus from DeClaw.

Beautiful dark tan foam. Great lacing.

Aroma is great peanut with milk chocolate.

DW had the base stout, and I think the peanut butter stout was much better.

The peanut butter flavor is not artificial, noyt over powering.

I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight whilst moving my oldest daughter to Pocatello for Physicians Assistant graduate school at Idaho State University. It looked, smelled, and tasted like a typical american stout beer infused with peanut butter and chocolate. The mouthfeel was lighter in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Taster at brewery. Dark brown, a few bubbles along the glass. Peanut prominent in both aroma and taste . Chocolaty stout base makes this almost a peanut butter cup.
