I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight whilst moving my oldest daughter to Pocatello for Physicians Assistant graduate school at Idaho State University. It looked, smelled, and tasted like a typical Belgian Tripel ale beer. The mouthfeel was lighter in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Taster at Off The Rails. Clear golden pour, thin ring of white head. Yeasty aroma, bread Taste is sourdough with light yeasty notes, grassy. Abrupt finish
