I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight whilst in Pocatello visiting Idaho State with my daughter. It poured an clear rich amber with thin off white ring head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had malt notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet caramel malt base with subtle rye bread presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Taster flight at Brewery. Foggy brown pour, ring of tan head. Toasty aroma, malty, mild bitterness present. Taste is sweet, malty, toasty with a very gentle bitterness.
