7/4/25 - (Cask - Mohave Brewery Taproom) (Henderson, Nevada) Brewery Notes: $11.32 with tax and CC fee. 20 oz cask conditioned pour, 3.7% ABV, Dark English Mild.
Appearance: 20 oz nonic glass cask pour into a tulip glass yields an egg white tan head leaving a creamy ring above the rim and ring around rim over a dark brown black base. 3.5
Aroma: Milk Chocolate, caramel, roast malt. Nice. 4.25
Taste: Consistent with the aroma, sweet milk chocolate and caramel, malt sweet to mild, roast aroma AWOL. 3.75
Mouthfeel: Light, watery, sweet, light and easy. Caramel and milk chocolate start to finish. 3.5
Overall: This is an OK to good Cask pour. Sweet caramel and milk chocolate the primary takeaways. Like this a bitter more hope and bitter, this is good for a closer. 3.75
