Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery/country...
L- Pours a rich golden colour, minor haze, with a 5mm white foam cap.
S- I just get some very mild grain from this.
T- Quite bright trad hops with solid malts following behind. The finish is quite a clear dry hoppy lick across the palate.
F- It comes over as a pretty solid offering (re: malts^), whilst managing to remain bright on the palate. This is (IME) exactly 'the trick' that Kellerbier pulls off. Solid, rewarding on the palate, yet with a thirst you could make this a session beer in cooler months.
O- I like it, it's an accomplished beer. It's a bit punchy yet it's also refined. No facets here out of place, balance etc. I'd happily drink this again.
Review/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the lables to see what I missed! The lagering beer is left without top-pressure (open container) as is trad for the style. It says this leads to lower CO2, but IDK, it's 10mins since pouring this and I still have 2mm of foam on my beer which seems good to me.
440ml can BB: 22/09/2021 £2.80 Bought from TremblingMadness, York/UK as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
