Our signature Premium British Lager is influenced by the Bavarian Helles style, but just like all Utopian Beers, it has been brewed solely with the finest, British grown malted barley and hops. A slow, low temperature fermentation followed by a long cold conditioning, gives this lager a crisp, clean finish whilst allowing all the wonderful flavours from the malt and hops to fully develop and shine. Light golden in colour, with depth of flavour and impeccable balance, this is lager at its finest.

440ml can.
L: Light haze, golden colour with clouds of bubbles rising to two fingers of ever-lasting cream head and arcs of lacing.
S: Clean and enticing.
T: Lemony and nicely hoppy with a semi-sweet finish.
F: Crisp and extra smooth with moderate carbonation.
O: Although I typically prefer an ale, I’d be more than happy to drink this premium craft lager in a pub. Really good stuff. If only more lagers were like this, rather than the glut of faux Spanish piss water we’re currently inundated with here in the UK.

Third cask at Famous Royal Navy Volunteer. Clear golden pour, lively carbonation, thin silky white head. Grainy, malty aroma, crusty bread. Taste adds a light sweetness to the grainy, bready flavors. Cask lends a creamy feel to this brew. Light musty horse blanket notes.
