Our Helles style Festbier is everything we love about Oktoberfest without the lederhosen. Brewed in the traditional Bavarian style using a double decoction mash to develop depth of flavour and body. Fermented slow and cold, and lagered for six weeks, ensuring a clean, soft mouthfeel, which is full flavoured and beautifully balanced.

L: Clear, dark gold colour with one finger of white head that recedes to a cap and leaves spotty lacing.
S: Grainy and clean.
T: Nicely hoppy lager with a light malt backbone.
F: Smooth mouthfeel with a little oily mouth-coating and a dry-ish finish.
