Brewed using a long-forgotten technique from Southern Bavaria, this beer is not your typical lager. The intensive brewing process, which includes boiling the entire mash, creates a beer that has an incredibly rich body and complex aroma unlike anything else. Brewed using 100% British lager malt, hopped exclusively with Fuggles, and fermented slow and cold with our house lager yeast.

440ml can. Malty, hoppy and smooth = a lager with a difference. The colour is orange gold. The nose is clean and fruity. It tastes of sweet caramel and biscuit, and has a rich body. Not a pale lager, not a dark lager. Really very good.
