A: Dark gold-light amber. Filled to brim so no comment on head quality.
S: Earthy, rustic bread notes along with red clay, apricot tagine, honeyed date, lavender syrup, wild herbs.
M: Mod low carb with hoppy, dry bite on end.
T: Dark peasant bread drizzled in honey, and a generally strong maltiness overall. Black tea, grass and green onion provide herbal-earth bitter. Sweetness is brash, matching the maltiness - dates, apple crisp, black currant juice.
