The second release in our Off the Clock line up of single hop India Session Ales. We used all Simcoe hops in the boil and then dry hopped with Cryo Simcoe. The beer retains great mouthfeel and balance for such a low ABV.

A-pour is light gold from can to glass with a medium white head leaving a spotty lace along the Spiegelau
S-Simcoe hops
T-ok tasting single hop India session ale , very dry bitter finish/swallow
MF-mild carbonation , medium body
Ov-not so easy drinking session ale , a bit tuff Simcoe swallow
