Mandela Effect Nelson Sauvin Pale Ale
Appearance: Pours golden and clear with a soft white head
Aroma: Honey maltiness with gooseberry and white wine notes and a slight grassiness
Flavour: Well balanced with rich maltiness giving way to the Nelson Sauvin hops. A mild bitterness that is well backed up my Maris Otter malt. A long but soft finish
Mouthfeel: Rich without being overwhelming. Silky but with a good carbonation to break it up
